5 Step Morning Yoga Routine.

3. Try a half sun-salutation, keep everything really soft (like your knee's and your arms) and let it flow with the breath

4. Lie on the floor and stretch out in every direction. Explore the tips of your fingers, toes and head and see if you can bring space to each part of the body - no rules for this one, just listen and feel what works for you!

5. To release a stiff upper back and build energy try this little move. Stand with your feet hip width apart, toes pointing forwards, second toe in-line with middle of your ankle. Have your knee's softly bent. Start swinging your arms from side to side, close to the body keeping the movement soft. Gradually - over the course of about 4-5 mins - increase the swing of the arms until you really start to feel the rebound of the movement. Breathe and keep everything moving but soft. Let the arms be soft and feel the space you are creating in your upper back. To come out of the movement, slow down gradually until you reach a natural stop, then place your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your belly - pause here, close your eyes and feel the energy moving through your body.
